Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 15 calendar days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays start processing the following business day. We will email you promptly if inventory shortages cause extended delays. You may cancel unshipped orders for a full refund.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. TT Outdoor ships to the United States. Carrier delays, weather, or incorrect delivery addresses are beyond our responsibility. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for packages marked “delivered” but not received.

You may request returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. Return requirements: Items unused, original packaging, tags and accessories intact. Safety gear (helmets, climbing harnesses, life vests) and clearance final-sale items cannot be returned. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not supply prepaid return labels unless we sent wrong or defective items due to our mistake. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect returned goods.

Contact our support within 7 days of delivery with photos if you receive damaged or incorrect items. We will arrange resolution after verification.
